I ordered my copy three weeks ago. I was disappointed Amazon sent me the package and it was empty (lost in transit). Waiting for my copy to be delivered.

I am particularly partial to chapter 15.

I'm eagerly awaiting the copy I purchased for our reference library here at the county.

I am particularly interested in Chapter 13.

BTW, that shipping cost estimate in the first window is useless. I got quoted free shipping and then got hit for $8.95

I received my copies of this book today. A good survey friend recommended it and I am looking forward to reading the book.

Also, recommended by my friend and enjoyed by me.

Lastly, my favorite chapter 15 referenced above was tongue in cheek. I coauthored chapter 15.

Well done, Dave.

I look forward to reading your efforts.

Allan. Asked me to review one of the chapters.

I was happy to oblige.
