SWS Engineering, Inc. – Land Surveying and Mapping Manager
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year – commensurate with experience
• We are looking for a Land Surveyor for our San Marcos office
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• PLS is required
• Strong experience in boundary resolution and residential construction
• Exceptional communication skills
• Outlining any required field tasks for the completion of projects
• Ensuring the efficient routing of all field crews
• Enforcing and/or instituting all measures to ensure quality control of field work
• All land surveying equipment inventory levels and equipment configurations
• Collaboration with licensed surveyors and survey department staff
• Communication with team members using several electronic platforms
• Ability to lead a team and resolve interpersonal conflicts
Job Type: Full-time
