Where was the equipment located at the time of theft? Very sorry to hear that, Pete.

I think the question asked had to do with the city and state, not so much the container or building that the equipment was in.

By the area code, I would say Northern California, Marin, Santa Rosa, Napa area.

Sorry to hear that and my ears are open in the Bay Area.
