GPS, SPC guru

I need someone for a one time job who is a GPS and SPC guru. I have a job in San Jose where I need someone to tie into published NGS coordinates to establish control for my project. All work will need to be submitted to a local agency for review to evaluate if it meets the project specs. Must be licensed, contact me for details at dmgengineering@sbcglobal.net. Project will commence immediately. I believe I have the necessary equipment and software for the job, but I need the someone with the brains to use it.
