I have a friend who needs a corner set so he can have a retaining wall built on his lot in Grover Beach. One corner is in, lot is described per a parcel map, CL mon's probably still in. Most likely just a corner record (based on what he told me over the phone)? Looking for a reference to a good surveyor. PM's welcome. I will forward names to him to contact.

Find a Surveyor
The Find a Surveyor search engine is intended to provide to the public the ability to locate a licensed land surveyor in their area. This list contains the names and contact information of CLSA licensed members who have indicated they are in private practice.
Members who have indicated on the annual update form (sent with dues form) they work for public agencies are not listed on the Find a Surveyor.
If you are a CLSA member in private practice, and are not currently listed on the Find a Surveyor, please contact the CLSA Central Office at clsa@californiasurveyors.org

No offense but I was told that public agency surveyors aren't in there but then I see several I know and many of them using their government address, e-mail and phone numbers.
I don't really care because it never generated any business for me and I'm not interested in side business anymore anyway (too much trouble).
