That was my biggest issue with having battery pacs rebuilt. On my 2nd EDM I took the time to carefully open the cases myself and told the battery replacement people "DO NOT GLUE CLOSED" in the instructions and a tag on the battery pac. I then resealed them myself using a silicone instead of a hot glue.Jim Frame wrote:Soldering would be the easy part. Cutting the case open and gluing it closed again would seem to be more difficult, though I've never tried it.
Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?

batteries
I am not sure the type of battery you are referring to by the number, but, I have had my Trimble robotics (5600) off-board batteries recelled at "batteries plus". They took them apart and replaced the internal battery for less than 1/2 of buying a new one. You might want to check it out?
