Attorney General Opinions -- Re Certificate of Compliance

Post by LS_8750 »

I've been looking for the following but cannot find it on line:

74 Cal. Ops. Atty. Gen. 149 (1991)

It refers to the duty of the governing agency to issue a certificate of compliance when entitled.

Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Clark

If you want to review the aforementioned AG opinion, I recommend you also review case law on said issue:

That's a good point, and one which applies to all AGOs.
