looking for records for RCE 9568--David Pederson

Hello.

I found some rebars and caps for this engineer on a parcel in Hayward I'm working on. There is no recorded map
on file in Alameda County showing these. He passed away many years ago. I inquired with both
Alameda County Surveyor and City of Hayward Surveyor and they didn't know if anyone has Mr. Pederson's records.

Anyone know where I might find his records?
