I've got a short post up in the Professional Development Board that has links to training videos I'm putting together on the "Land Tenure" book and "Brown's Boundary Control" book. I'll post there as I get videos done on new chapters. (The videos and study notes are available online for free.)

Great advice, and you are probably right on with the fact that covid-19 is going to take us right into recession. Some of the younger people do not realize that fact now, but will shortly. Hopefully wrong but probably not.
