The Placer County Community Development Resource Agency is accepting applications to fill one Associate Surveyor vacancy in Auburn. The eligible list established as a result of this recruitment may be used to fill additional vacancies as they arise, subject to position-specific requirements.
In this role, you will plan, supervise, coordinate and participate in complex, difficult, and sensitive professional surveying activities, including map certification and election mapping. Additionally, you will exercise direct supervision over professional and technical staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: Two years of responsible professional surveying experience performing duties similar to an Assistant Surveyor with Placer County.
- Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with major course work in engineering technology or a related field.
- Required License or Certificate: Possession of registration as a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of California
