Give us a clue where your property is located and maybe a local surveyor will respond.

I have a hot water heater that needs to be replaced in my home, during the process of engaging services I provided the contractor with specifics, the location, dimensions of existing heater, water heater closet space. To us laymen in the plumbing industry these matters may seem insignificant but who knows, perhaps they may affect cost.

Open your favorite internet search page.

Type in "surveyor" and " Los Angeles" as search terms.

Visit a few websites, look at Yelp reviews, etc.

Call and speak to some surveyors and go with the one that you feel most comfortable with based on reputational indicators, responsiveness and apparent knowledge.

Surveyors don't go to this forum looking for projects to chase after. The net search and call method will likely work better.

Evan, you missed to guide her to the only search page needed, and she is already on the CLSA Site.

The top ribbon on the Home Page, right here on CLSA, "FIND A SURVEYOR" is the BEST Search Engine for qualified surveyors State wide.
Why send them to anywhere else, to find non-CLSA member surveyors. We need to promote those who actually promote the profession, heheheee!

They completely revamped it too. Last I looked at it, the searcher would type in a zip code and a list of members in that zip would be produced. This new format looks quite useful as long as members know to create a profile for it. I'll have to have our folks at ISPLS (Idaho) take a look at it to see if they can incorporate it into the website there.
