I have what I think is an interesting case of excess and deficiency I could use help on resolving. I've made a map showing the situation as clearly as I can. This is without the benefit of a field survey. I'd like to see which answer is most correct and or popular.
A) The excess goes to the parcel created by 721 O.R. 562
B) The excess goes to the original subdivider, resulting in a 65 foot strip of land, more or less.
C) The excess should be prorated equally among the three parcels created by 718 O.R. 520
D) The excess should be prorated equally among the four parcels created by both 718 O.R. 520 and 721 O.R. 562
E) The excess should be prorated equally among the five parcels including the parcel created by 4 PMB 146.
F) The property lines should be based purely on fence lines, if they exist, whether accurate or not.
