Mr. Johnson, I suppose there are many Land Surveyors out there who would agree with you, less the "nice to know some things don't change part." Just like the Land Surveyor in the first Court of Appeals case I posted.

But hey, at this point I am sure he knows much more about liability from sheer experience than I do.
