The CLSA conference itinerary is not out yet. It should be soon. There is a Board of Director's meeting in Oakland on Saturday and I'm sure we will get some clarification after that. I hope they have some great speakers. The area around Santa Rosa will be beautiful during the conference with the green emerald hills. I suggest everyone take a ride to the coast and wine country.

It is a step in the right direction to get info out about the conference, but with pre registration due in two weeks, I didn't see any preliminary speakers or pre-conference workshop? Do we have to wait till after the BOD Meeting to get a preliminary list of speakers/lineup? I hope the committee could at least have something out by now???

From the Executive Director at the Board of Directors meeting: They have a program in place, but need to confirm with the speakers. He said the speakers submitted their proposed courses, so confirmation should come quickly since they wouldn't have submitted if they couldn't come to the conference. He expected to have the lineup out this week.

For those cousins flying in . . . one of the Airport Express "stops" is at the conference hotel. Very simple, reliable and affordable mode of transportation. Below is their contact information, prices, etc.

Welcome to Sonoma County Whine Country. (Stay away from the snooty ones in Napa)

That looks like a great option to get to and from the major airports.

Almost 5 weeks away till the 50th and still no agenda. This means about 50 in attendance for the 50th. I heard that Mike P. might be speaking in the parking lot!

Yes, I am considering making a presentation in the parking lot and I hope to raise some scholarship money. I will need a head count to pull thinks together. If there is enough interest, perhaps we can rent a room.

Foodies will love Healdsburg. Their downtown is nicer than any other wine country town I've visited.
Do I need to register to drink beer with you all? :D
