Could it be Bryant vs. Blevins that you are talking about?

Do you have any other info on the case? I'm wracking my brain trying to think of the case you mean...

BTW - one of these days, I'm going to write an article for the Cal Surveyor on Bryant v Blevins that will completely reverse the opinions about this case for any sane person. A few years back, I actually visited the site and interviewed some of the people involved. Amazing photos, too!

I'm beat. Just got back from the hospital. My Father-in-Law had an angiogram this morning and then straight in for three stents.
He's doing fine, but prayers would be much appreciated.
If you don;t mind...I'm off to bed. I'll do a bit of research for you tomorrow. You've got my curiosity peaked, now.
