Since I can't pay him what I owe him. The least I can do is sing his praises.
It is rare to find someone with such a great attitude and outlook. Jim does a good job to boot. So, if you need survey drafting help give him a call, but don't take too much of his time, I still need to run up and 900 or 1200 dollars more of drafting fees.
