I have completed many condominium plans, however, I now have a need for a grided condo plan. I have only seen one once, for a high rise. I believe that it showed a 2' grid with numbers on one axis and letters on the other.

I practice on the central coast and there are no high rises here.

Does anyone have a digital copy of a grided condo plan they could forward to me?

I'd also be interested in how the deed description is prepared for the grid.

Sorry I dont have an example of a gridded condo plan, however, the only comparison I can make is to that of a column grid on a building.

Perhaps you start your grid at a long wall at one of the corners. Then progress the grid to wall sections that are most common.

Grids are labeled A-Z one direction and 1-Whatever in th other.

Wall dimentions are to the grid line instead of the outer building itself.
Its like an envelope of sorts. I think you get the picture.

From my understanding, you want to do a grided condo plan to facilitate the potential future changes in airspace, is this correct? Do you want to create as many units allowable by the agency and then assign a certain number of 2' blocks to each unit?
