I have an immediate need for someone who has experience preparing grading and drainage plans for a single family residence. Though the vast majority of my work falls within the surveying realm as a PE I occasionally do civil engineering. The position will require you to work from your own facilities as an independent contractor. Since you will not be working on site I will need someone who actually has experience doing grading/drainage plans and not just someone who thinks they can do it.

You must also meet one of the following two requirements:
1. Have experience preparing grading/drainage plans in the City of Menlo Park, Town of Hillsborough, or Town of Atherton.
OR
2. Live within 30 minutes of Walnut Creek so that you can come to my office and I can show you the specifics of what needs to be done. If you don't live within this vicinity please don't send me your resume as being outside the locale turns into more of a hassle than it is worth.

If you meet the above requirements and also have experience doing survey drafting please include samples of your survey drafting in addition to the samples of grading/drainage plans as I am always looking for someone with various abilities.
