Employee needed for Lake Elsinore and Temecula area

Lake Elsinore and Temecula area, looking for someone to work the front desk at a city, this will need to be a person that knows the difference between grading plans, survey maps and architect plans. I need someone that can “acceptâ€￾ planning packages and actually know (or can learn) what needs to be in each package.
It may turn into a full time city employee. This person needs to be reliable and on time.
