Can anyone recommend firms to contact in the Sacramento area that can handle signs/cones for partial closures on a freeway?

Centerline Striping out of Elk Grove (http://www.centerlinestriping.com/). I've used them for cased monument installations, and have been very happy with service and cost. I'm pretty sure they do lane closures on a contract basis.

Don't forget to get your permit application started early with Caltrans...

Depending on who your client is, if it is actually the State, then Caltrans maintenance crews are able to do this for you.
