Help,

I was talking with someone from the Palo Alto area. He mentioned the Bestor 93 vertical datum. I have never heard of the Bestor 93 datum. Can anyone explain this?

If memory serves me correctly, this was a GIS thing with Bestor Engineering and HJW I think.
