This decision just came down. It affirms the City of San Diego's process for vacating streets through the SMA. The principle argument relates to the noticing process. Congrats to the folks at the City. I have always agreed and supported this process.
The case is good in that it also discusses various elements of the SMA. The attorney who filed the lawsuit regularly challenges the City on such things as the illegality of condominium conversions and other procedures.
