Carlos, go to the main Recon screen itself, not the TDS startup. The owner information with contact info should be there.

if there are any jobs, open one up. then in the "job menu", then go to "view raw data" and see if any crew member names or any other information has been entered which might help you identify a company or person. If a name is given, perhaps you could look it up in a phone book or computer white pages to put the recon in the owners hands (this is of course if you have the time). Have a great day.
