Never, really, although some of you might initially see that as what I did on the attached RS.
In this case, the map(s) prevailed over the filed position because several retracing surveyors found the S 1/16 (on the S bdry of parcel) in the same location that the surveyor who set it said he placed it at.
There was also a physical indication of why someone might want to move it that I will get into later.
Right now, I gotta get the kids from school. Have fun with this.
