I'm looking for a position as an Office Surveyor / Technician.

I have 14 years experience performing surveying duties, including mapping, research, construction calculations, drafting topographic surveys, and project management. I can take an ALTA from proposal to finished product, and have prepared condominium plans and 3-D tract maps. I have some experience in the field, using TDS Survey, Topocon instruments and GPS.

References and samples of my work are available upon request.

I am also experienced with the development process. Client consultation, tentative map, coordinating with the civil design team, and city processing.

I would be happy working part time or on a contract basis!
