Civil Engineering Associates is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor for its office located in San Jose. Must be a licensed L.S. in California with 10 years of experience. Will be responsible for the preparation of Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Tentative Maps, Parcel Maps and Tract Maps. Candidate must also be knowledgeable of construction staking techniques and be able to coordinate construction staking tasks with contractors. Good communication skills a must.
