Number 1 way to know a non-LS engineer is reviewing your plans:

Per comment notes:
Change 73°22'00" to 73°21'60" on curve table - sheet 9.

I think she was just adding the seconds of the partial dimensions and came to 60, or she was in the CAD file and measured 59.75" and rounded up to 60"

Either way, the engineer should know which is right, or more right, or get a different job.
Blame their teachers and supervisor for the lack of training.

Go ahead and change it and put a note on your map explaining that you were required to make that change by the (City Surveyor) or County Surveyor . . .[state the name and license no] . . . .
Then forward a copy to the board . . . . . . .

Tee hee hee [not really]
Sometimes I get a devilish streak.

The Devilish streak comes from being requested to change some format issue . . .then being requested to change it back.

Its Not cute and it does get OLD after a while.

Well Ryan ?
did you make the change >:-)

hehehehehe
