We have a requirement for an aerial easement for a bridge that we need to prepare. Does anyone have any samples of one they can post up here? It will have an upper and lower limit.

Some years back someone on here did something similar in Los Angeles for a building whose 2nd floor would encroch over the street R/W.

I think they noted specific points such as TC or back/walk with elevations on bw and the structure directly overhead and the BM data
The BM data is a reference as the important part is the elev difference between the ground and the structure.

This a RR requirement?

Yes. For a future RR bridge.

You typically depict a plan view with a specific horizontal controlled boundary; and the vertical boundary will be defined by elevation referenced to a local bench mark. The vertical boundary will be in between lower elevation of xx.xx’ & upper elevation of xx.xx’. Similar to condo plans.
