My client, NFIP adjuster, is telling me that the person who issued the flood insurance policy for this particular building had an elevation certificate for the building/property but lost it.

I looked up FEMA's site for LOMAs but found nothing.

How else might I find this "lost" elevation certificate?

The owner or commercial tenant should have a copy, or tell you the name of the surveyor who prepared it.

(read city hall) should have been provided one also. Check there.
