Does anyone at the Board answer the phone besides the operator that connects you to voice mail?

What is the cutoff date to schedule your exam?

By what date this year should a applicant be notified that they are accepted/rejected to take the exam.

How does a accepted applicant get his authorization number so they can make their exam appointment, if they are directed to Prometrics, by the March 23, 2012 5pm PT deadline.

It has come to our attention that quite a few of the emails that were sent out by the CBT vendor were not delivered for whatever reason (SPAM filters, etc.) so you can pass along the following link or phone number to those that need to schedule:

The candidate will also need their 10 digit NCEES registration ID to schedule. Don't hesitate to pass along my email (Ric.moore@dca.ca.gov) if anyone needs assistance.

Thanks, keep up the good work. We have 4hrs to go, hopefully all the i's will be dotted by then.

Forgot to mention that due to the email issues, we moved the deadline to next week.

We've spent the day contacting the few remaining candidates that haven't scheduled with the CBT vendor yet.
