Tonight was a wonderful tribute to Dave Hobbs. We had a very nice turnout at the CLSA - LA Chapter meeting. In addition to the LA Chapter members were representatives from Riverside/San Bernardino, Channel Islands (Ventura/Santa Barbara Counties) and Orange County. We were honored to have Dave's wife, mother-in-law and his son and daughter in attendance for dinner.

Big bump for the loved & late David Hobbs! Luckily, it's not too late to love him. I can't believe it was just two years ago that we learned the news of his advanced departure towards the Pearly Gates. For some reason, He decided it was time, and we can only anticipate following the expertly-blazed path of the man you needed--we all needed--swinging that machete ten paces towards your twelve-o'clock. A Surveyor. A brother. A great man. Amen.
