Does this North arrow look familiar?

If anyone recognizes the north arrow in the attached JPG and PDF, as typical of that used by anyone you know or knew, please contact me via private message. A colleagues is trying to track down the person who drew a sketch featuring this North arrow.
This person could have been an engineering student, surveying student, engineering or surveying technician, or perhaps a grade checker. Or possibly none of the above. I know - weird request, but not at liberty to discuss further.
