Photos for Magazine Cover

I'm hoping to launch a new magazine entitled "Digital Surveying" in January.
I'm looking for land surveyors that would like to donate a surveying themed photo that can be used on the cover of the magazine. My goal is to publish 4 issues next year, so I'll need 4 photos. Here are the requirements for the cover photo submissions:
1) They should be surveying focused.
2) They should be high-resolution.
3) They need to be accompanied by a short description and information about the photos subjects, organization, and photographer so credit can be given where it is due. I'll also include a brief company profile in the magazine if desired.
I'll be paying $150.00 per photo. The content for the entire magazine will be released under the Createive Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 United States, so the photos will need to be released under the same license.
