Getting access to PGE facility, Stockton

I'm doing a boundary survey adjacent to a PG&E property (not a right of way) where they have some kind of facility. This is on West Lane in Stockton. I contacted the operator at the property across the street (also owned by PG&E) and she had no idea who I would contact to gain access to that property. I imagine there is some kind of facility management department or something. Apparently, there is no general information office on this property. I don't have a name of someone I could contact. Any ideas of where to start?
