BPELSG Web site states that Refile applications will be posted by December 17
See:
http://www.bpelsg.ca.gov/applicants/apps.shtml
BPELSG site also provides the examination schedule which is posted here:
http://www.bpelsg.ca.gov/applicants/exam_schedule.shtml
The exact date in April 2013 has not been determined yet and the link will be updated when it is.

Thanks
Approx 30 days, not much time for anyone being gone over the holidays for 2 or 3 weeks.

Ok, I'll bite, where do I find the rules for the LS exams for 2013. On the State web site it only lists 2012.

Just call Ray and ask him. Or your son can simply call him since I am pretty sure you are not planning on submitting an application. He pretty much talks with just about every person applying for the licensure as a land surveyor. 916-263-2271. If he doesn't answer, believe me he will call you back. He is on the phone quite a bit.

You are right I am not applying, but I would like to review the testing procedure rules for both natl and state spec. I would prefer to read them so I don't bother busy people with dumb questions and take my time digesting the info.
