I am posting below a request that I received from Martin Elder who is with a public radio station. I talked with Martin and it sounds like he needs help with a worthwhile project:
Greetings SAN DIEGO-CLSA,
I am a volunteer coordinator with a non-profit organization that is putting up an FCC-sanctioned FM radio antenna on monument peak. This antenna and FM radio station will provide education, communications and emergency information to East County residents who have no service at the present time.
The weekend after next we will be in the in the Cleveland National Forest putting up on antenna on an existing tower and facility. We need a certification from a surveyor verifying that the directional antenna has been placed at 220°.
As a noncommercial, educational, nonprofit organization we are looking for a low-cost or no-cost solution to get this verification. The procedure should be very quick and easy, but we do want it done professionally.
Could you put us in touch with members who could potentially work with us? In addition to paying whatever fees and expenses, we are willing to give that individual or company Credit for their tax-deductible donations, plus notoriety and free advertising. When our new listener-supported radio station comes on the air we will be glad to promote those individuals and companies, that have helped us in this worthy effort.
Thank you very much for your time and attention,
Martin Eder 619-871-9354 cell/text

Monument Peak Land Surveying
If they are willing to hire someone, why not put them in touch with Monument Peak Land Surveying? I am sure this local company can give them a cost effective solution for what they are looking for.
