Land Use Entitlement Strategies for Raw Land and Updates to Existing Entitlements

Mr. Abbott and Ms. Hart of Abbott & Kindermann, LLP are teaching a new hands-on class which ties together all of the major entitlement requirements (CEQA, Subdivision Map Act, zoning, Permit Streamlining Act, Clean Water Act), into an intense 3 hour update. This course will address both existing entitlements as well new approvals. It is currently being offered in early June at three locations: Fairfield, Pleasanton and Manteca.
