Chapter 4 "Datums" - Caltrans Surveys Manual

"I would like to announce that Caltrans has updated Chapter 4 of our Surveys Manual “Datumsâ€.
We are very proud of this chapter, as it is a comprehensive history of all of the major adjustments that have been published in California. It also contains a section on tidal datums, as well.
