CCVCN Version 1.06 Released

Today I'm happy to release Version 1.06 of the California Central Valley Control Network (CCVCN 1.06). This version of the network includes two (2) new PBO stations and 5 new KSN RTK base station control points.
You can download an updated secondary control points file and an updated overall network survey control report from this folder:

You can download the new control point maps, coordinate tables, survey control reports, GNSS raw data, and TBC projects for the two (2) additions included in this version from here:

I'm pleased to tell you there are new control tables included with this version that list the California Geodetic Control (Latitude|Longitude|Height) coordinates for all primary and secondary control points. (Previously only California State Plane Zone 3 coordinates were listed.) This should make the control network easier to use in other state plane zones and other coordinate systems.
After some extenseive research, a lot of thought, and some new analysis of the data I've also added a note about the CCVCN's compliance with the California Public Resource Code requirements related to geodetic control coordinates:

I feel a lot better about my new understanding of the PRC as it relates to surveying.
I hope other suveyors working in the California Central Valley will find this network helpful and will contact me about contributing their own GPS observations to the network.
I'm going to see if I can organize some volunteer field work towards the end of the year so I can strengthen cross ties between secondary points in the network in preparation for a new adjustment of the network in early 2014.
Thanks!
Landon
