Stamp/signature on each page?

Post by MikeTurnrose »

The PLS Act isn't clear on this. It says that all maps, docs, etc. need to be stamped. What about each page of those docs? For example, if you have a multiple page Exhibit for a legal description, do you need to stamp/sign each sheet? For the written legal descriptions, I have always stamped/signed the last page, but I'm not sure about multiple sheet exhibit maps. I have put my stamp on each of these sheets, before, but I'm thinking that it is unnecessary. I know that it is customary that recorded maps only need to be stamped/signed on one of the sheets. What say others?

From §8761(d):
If the land surveying document has multiple pages or sheets, the signature, seal or stamp, and date of signing and sealing or stamping shall appear, at a minimum, on the title sheet, cover sheet or page, or signature sheet, unless otherwise required by law.

Thanks Jim, we were just discussing that.
Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?
