I have a drainage project in Washoe County I'm and trying to compile some base mapping.

I'm looking for a Government Homesites plat, Township 18 North, Range 20 East, Section 30.

In addition, I am looking for the following from Washoe County:
1. Book 756 Official Records, Page 250, and
2. Book 2945 Official Records, Page 648 (Doc# 1341109)

Can anybody help?
