Land Surveyor - Chief of Party
Martin M. Ron Associates is looking for an experienced Party Chief to work from our office located in downtown San Francisco. Applicant will work mostly in San Francisco on a 2 person field crew and will receive full union pay, union benefits and may participate in company 401k plan.
Experience Requirements:
• 6 Years minimum field experience, with at least 3 years as Party
Chief
• Current member of Local 3 preferred but not required
• Competent in heavy construction staking, especially high-rise
structural steel buildings with high precision layout
• Knowledge of Leica 1200 series instruments and TDS field
collection software
• LSIT
• Valid CA Driver’s License with insurable DMV record
