Condo LLA?

I have a prospective client who wants to change some airspace condo unit boundaries to conform to existing wall alignments. Any reason this can't be done via Lot Line Adjustment?
Why?

Why would you do that? Just amend the air space plans and have the owners amend the project documents (cc&rs)

Once the local agency approves the subdivision of the project into x parcels, they are out if the game and it no longer falls under the SMA. The Davis-Sturling Act takes over and the BRE is the over site agency for creation of the "lots".
After the condos are created, changes are merely between neighbors and the association managing the common space. As Dane says, update the Condo pPlan and the CC&Rs. Bob's your uncle...Done.

Surveyors and their specialized spelling

That reveals the land surveyor in I.W.'s comment; Surveyors work on "sites", therefore his accidental use of the term "over site". Let the lawyers and others use the correct spelling, "oversight", I like his usage of the term "over site".
Ok, since I have a hang up about spelling, please forgive me for correcting "Sturling" Act to Stirling Act.

Actually, DT, I'm "typing" on an iPad with a touch screen. It's a pain in the @$& at times. I'm not the best speller in the room, but the iPad hinders...
But thanks for pointing it out!
