Am wondering if anyone here has knowledge as to if the Ca Supreme Court rendered a decision on the publication of Swartz v Coldwell Banker. The Court of Appeals denied publication of it.
This case was in regards to liability of others who rely on preliminary title reports. I don't see it in the listings of published opinions, but am unsure if it is still under consideration or if the Supreme Court denied the request.

EDIT: Never mind, I think I found the answer in that this case is not listed on those up for rehearing.
