Contract as built surveyor, looks like mostly TI/Architectural but they sure use the field surveyor term a lot.

Send a copy of this ad to the IRS and it will probably put them out of business. What they are describing does NOT meet the definition of contract people according to the IRS.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD
- Field surveying / measuring experience preferred
- Knowledge of as-built documentation preferred
- Background in CAD / Architecture preferred
- Must have Laptop and CAD software (2007 or newer) to begin training. Non-Apple computer preferred, if Apple it needs to be set up with software to run windows.
- Must provide own tools for measurement/equipment (We can help get you started)
- Must be able to work in a fast paced team-centric environment
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with professionals and home/business owners alike
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills and strong work ethic a MUST
- Quick learner with ability to think on their feet and improvise as needed
- Punctual and professional demeanor
- Willing to start work early (be on the road by 6AM) and work weekends
- High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelors or Associates preferred
- Centrally located within LA/OC areas, Long Beach preferred
