CIVIL3D VS MULTIWORX

Anyone out there using Leica's MS50. Question is, do you really need the Multiworx and Infinity software, or does all just work fine with AutoCAD Civil3D

We are finding it hard to move the point cloud from field assumed coordinates to post processed adjusted coordinates without the Infinity Software. We just purchased a copy. I do not think the software was quite ready a year ago, but it is progressing and more useful now.
