ALTA BROKER SURVEY

Attached is a snapshot of the east line of an ALTA that was actually accepted in 2007 by a well known title company. Does anyone see anything odd?
This property is high end real estate in West Hollywood. North is to the left. The property east of the line shown is a condo complex.
The ALTA broker is located in Norman Oklahoma.
Title Companies have that exception "..anything that a correct survey shows" or words to that effect. Sure they will insure garbage like this, they have that standard out. As far as clients go, well they don't really care. Small wonder, they are insurance companies owned by lawyers.
