Survey Technician

Description: This is a challenging position for a results oriented Survey Technician. The successful candidate will represent Psomas in our client's office in San Ramon working on a wide variety of survey projects.
Duties: Requires knowledge of land surveying/mapping. Supporting Senior Surveyors with CAD drafting for mapping, submittals and specifications for approval. Supporting efforts in conventional aspects of land surveying, which may include research & analysis, title reports, ROW/E, topography, photogrammetry, boundaries and mapping and construction staking.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience with current California LSIT
Must have prior topographic mapping experience
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microstation
Must be good at legal descriptions
Must have plat preparation experience
May need to drive on behalf of the company and must meet the company driving requirements of being 25 years of age with a clean driving record
