[font=&quot]Cardno is seeking a Survey Practice Leader for our Sacramento, California office. The Survey Practice Leader will manage the Sacramento Survey operation. Ability to travel and aspirations to support Cardno's regional growth are essential. Be a responsible representative of Cardno. [/font]

[font=&quot]Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:[/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot]>Ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the Cardno Sacramento survey operation.[/font]
[font=&quot]>Manage client relations along with financial, marketing/business development responsibilities.[/font]
[font=&quot]>Manage the Survey crews in CA offices.[/font]
[font=&quot]>Prepare proposals. [/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot]Basic Qualifications:[/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot]>Minimum 10 years' Surveying experience. [/font]
[font=&quot]>Capable of securing in 6 months a California PLS license. [/font]
[font=&quot]>Good written and verbal communication skills. [/font]
[font=&quot]>Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.[/font]
[font=&quot]>Ability to travel up to 50%. [/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot]Desired Experience: [/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot]> Bachelor’s Degree in Land Survey Engineering, Geodesy, or Civil Engineering. [/font]
[font=&quot]> 15+ years' Surveying experience. Good background in boundary resolution and ALTA preparation. [/font]
[font=&quot]> Good background with construction staking and management of construction staking projects. [/font]
[font=&quot]> California PLS license. [/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
