I wanted to bring your attention to a one-day symposium that Groundwater Resources Association of California is hosting in Davis, CA, on Sept 9, a Tuesday.

Early registration reduced fees end today (sorry, I lose track of dates!), but they've extended it once, and they may will do so again.
I am not speaking but I am attending. I plan to give away subsidence-related reference materials I don't want/need anymore, as I sort through stuff finally, 16+ months after retirement.
